Our single-speed MavHunt shares many of the same features as our internally geared bike, minus the benefit of the gearing system. Because the single speed bike is limited to one gear, the top end speed on this bike is less than that of the internally geared bike. This bike still packs a punch, with the same 160Nm of torque that the internally geared bike features.
If you are strictly hunting, and do not need the top end speed that you would if you were trail/road riding, this bike is a GREAT way to save a little money while enjoying the top of the line features the MavHunt has.
From the ground up, the MavHunt is designed for a better riding experience. This frame has been loved by fat-tire bike enthusiasts for over a decade. This is NOT your average e-bike. The MavHunt is a high-end mountain bike with the necessary components and power to get you deep in the timber. As a company based in the bluff region, we understand the importance of hill climbing. This bike was designed with torque in mind, giving you the best performance when off roading.

The MavHunt is available in both a single speed gearing system, and an internally geared hub with automatic shifting. Both bikes feature our mountain bike frame (welded in-house), 1000 watt mid-drive motor, 52 volt battery, and full LCD display, among other features.

FAQs
Our programming on our LCD display allows you to turn the power output on the motor to 750W or whatever is necessary to abide by your laws.
We like the mid-drive motor rather than the hub motor because of its torque capabilities. Hill climbing was a top priority for us when designing this bike. This motor location also favors the center of gravity, rather the weight being at the rear axle.
Our single speed MavHunt weighs approximately 72lbs and our internally geared MavHunt weighs approximately 85lbs.
Our bikes come standard with a 5-year warranty on the frame, and a 1-year warranty on its components.
