Stake is made out of strong metal, has a pointed end towards the bottom. Screw in the hammer adapter and it hammers in very easily. Camera screws right on and you can adjust view very easily by turning the stake. I would definitely recommend.

Haven't received still waiting

I placed the stake in the field. After a week a deer knocked it down. The camera broke off the threaded end. The core was rusted and snapped off in the camera. The core metal was course and brittle, I placed a second one in the field and although the stake was still vertical the threaded end snapped off and once again the core was rusted.

I really like the stakes, but they need to a foot taller. These are too short to set out in a bean field.

I'm not very pleased with the welding of the threaded section on top of the stake. After having one break off while tapping it into the ground and then repairing with new bolt , I just had my second break with the threads still in the tapping device, although the idea is great , I might save to try and make these myself.
